The total stay was GREAT at good value for money. The management was absolutely perfect, as well as the staff. The location was great and stunning, in the 17th arr. District and walk from a subway station. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area.

The hotel offers plenty of great dining choices. the rooms are extremely clean and quiet, with facilities like tea and coffee provided for your comfort. It is located in a vibrant area close to fantastic bistros, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. it is conveniently situated near two metro stations.

Nice rum, nice personal.

The double rum has 2 beds put together, and I almost was about to fall from the bed. The rum is nice, they have invested something but the bed should be the priority.

Free wifi convenient for the Metro clean well furbished room reasonably quiet

I have noticed that the wait for check out can be significant. This did not affect me as I cheked out early.

The rooms are well-maintained and functional with a bathtub, and the food is amazing, while the staff is exceptionally welcoming and super friendly with smiling faces.

Very nice hotel in good localisation

Hotel was modern and new.

There was no baby cot when we arrived. Room was extremely small with cot and we could not move. Luckily we were moved to another room a day later. The wireless internet went down which is bad.

The rooms here are quiet, spacious, with a bar, safe, and comfortable amenities.

Modern, clean, good hospitable service

The hotel was convenient to the Brocant metro station and therefore to all of Paris. It was clean, uncrowded, with a spacious room, comfortable bed, a window onto a Paris street, and great shower. The hotel is next door to the stylish Art Hotel pub and across the road from the Sans Gene restaurant, one of the best we've been to in France. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The street could be noisy at night, but closing the window and putting on the ac instanty provided quiet.
